Personal data processing policy
How we handle the personal data of visitors and clients of fractional.cz.
The operator of the fractional.cz website and the personal data controller is Jan Nuc, registered office at Nábřeží 349, 751 14 Dřevohostice, ID No. 22235051, listed in the Czech trade register. Contact: info@fractional.cz.
To provide our services and run the www.fractional.cz website, we process some personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed primarily by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the „GDPR“).
I. Using the contact form or sending an e-mail
When you write to us through the contact form or by e-mail, we need to know who you are and how to reach you. So you usually send us your name, e-mail, phone number, and a description of what you are dealing with or asking about.
Data from the form is sent to our e-mail through the Make.com service and at the same time stored in Google Sheets (Google Workspace).
Why do we need it?
So we can reply to you, agree on the next steps, and possibly prepare an offer to work together.
On what grounds?
Under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, this is processing for the purposes of negotiating and performing a contract.
How long do we keep your data?
If we do not end up working together, we will delete your data within 6 months of our last contact.
II. When you order something from us
If you order a service from us (Fractional CMO, CSO, or a Sales & Marketing engagement), we need your billing details so we can issue an invoice. This mainly means your name, address, ID No. and VAT No. (if you run a business), e-mail, phone number, and details of what you are ordering.
Why do we do it?
So we can deliver what you ordered, communicate with you about your order, and meet our legal obligations.
On what basis?
We have a legal ground under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (so we can deliver what you ordered) and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (so we comply with all laws, such as accounting and tax rules).
How long do we keep your data?
We keep it for as long as we provide you the service, and then for another 10 years. This is so everything is in order in case of a complaint or a tax audit.
III. Cookies and traffic measurement
On the website we use Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager. These tools help us understand how visitors use the site and improve it accordingly.
We use Google Consent Mode v2 - before you give your consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are stored. Google can only receive anonymized signals with no personal identifiers (so-called cookieless pings).
You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time by clicking the button below or the „Cookie settings“ link in the website footer.
Cookie categories:
- Necessary - Without these cookies the site does not work. They are always active and do not require consent.
- Analytics - They help us understand how you use the site (Google Analytics 4). Anonymized data.
- Marketing - Used to measure the effectiveness of any advertising and to personalize our offer.
- Personalization - They let the site remember your preferences.
On what basis?
Necessary cookies are based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), the other categories only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
IV. Who we share your data with
Your data can be accessed by our processors, with whom we have data processing agreements in place and who meet GDPR requirements:
- Google Ireland Limited - Google Analytics, Google Workspace (e-mail, Google Sheets)
- Make.com (Celonis s.r.o.) - form automation
- Cal.com, Inc. - meeting bookings
- Vercel Inc. - website hosting
- Účetní - accounting
We do not share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.
V. Your rights
The GDPR gives you a range of rights that you can exercise at any time:
- Right of access - to ask what personal data of yours we process
- Right to rectification - to have your data updated or corrected
- Right to erasure („right to be forgotten“) - in certain situations
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to data portability - in certain cases
- Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
- Right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz)
